Burger Protein-free veggie burgers. Prepared in poor form suitable for diets that require a reduced intake of proteins and a control on amino acids.
Ingrediants
Corn starch (sulphites); chicory inulin; thickener (E461); rice flour; potato starch modified; aroma (E621, E627, E631); carrots; Laurel; garlic; dye (E150C); thyme; parsley.
How to use
– For 1 bag of 62 g: pour the contents of one bag into a container. Add 100ml of cold water and mix. Let it sit for a few minutes. Form 2 meatballs, or burgers, with the help of a spoon or with your hands. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the meatballs: 3 minutes on each side. The result is 2 80 g meatballs (which correspond to 30 g of powder).
– Variants: take the same instructions and form meatballs, serve with tomato sauce on protein-free pasta. It is possible to make sausages.
From 3 to 8 years of age: 1 serving of 30 g, 1 or 2 times a week.
From 8 years on: 1 serving of 30 g, 3 or 4 times a week.
