Like all other flours, soy flour also comes from grinding the seeds of the plant, which have very particular nutritional properties compared to those of other cereals. It is used 20% with wheat flour to increase the protein content, softness, color and conservation of both sweet and savory baked goods (bread, pizzas, cakes and biscuits).
