• Orders placed before 2 PM (WAT) are processed the same business day.
• Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Prescription medications, Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be clearly communicated at checkout or via social chats.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your preferences:

• Standard Shipping: Local (2 business days): Reliable and cost-effective delivery for most regions.
• Express Shipping: Local (6 - 12 hours): For when you need your items fast.
• Same-Day Delivery: Local: Available in Lagos, Ogun and Ibadan for orders placed before noon.
  
• Standard Shipping: International (5-7 business days): Reliable and cost-effective delivery for most regions.
• Express Shipping: International (2 - 3 business days): For when you need your items fast.
• Same-Day Delivery: International (1 - 2 business days): for orders placed before noon.

3. Real-Time Order Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package in real time. You may use the tracking number on the tracking page. Tracking for international orders will be issued by the logistics carrier of choice and shared via email/social chat.

4. Shipping Costs

• Orders over $5000 qualify for free International shipping.
• A flat rate of ₦4000 applies for orders on Lagos mainland, Ota, Abeokuta and Ibadan. Others will be calculated by logistics company of choice.
• Same-day delivery and international shipping costs vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout or via social chats.

5. International Shipping

We ship to over 220 countries! International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures but we try to maintain a 2-3 days schedule (for dhl only).

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to collect, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Delivery Issues
