NYSC Online Registration Guide and Requirements for 2024 Batch ‘C’ Stream I Prospective Corps Members
The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) registration portal for 2024 Batch ‘C’ Stream I will open on Thursday, 14th November 2024. All prospective corps members (PCMs), including Nigerian graduates from universities and mono/polytechnics both locally and abroad, are required to complete their registration for mobilization.
Registration Tips for Locally-Trained Graduates:
- Revalidation: If you were deployed in previous batches but did not attend the Orientation Camp, click on the Revalidation link to complete your registration using your previous credentials.
- Thumbprinting: Ensure you perform thumbprinting yourself. Do not allow anyone to do it for you.
- Passport Photograph: Upload a clear passport photo, ensuring it meets NYSC specifications. Do not upload a photo wearing an NYSC crested vest.
- Name Corrections: If there are any errors with your name, date of birth, or course of study, apply for corrections during online registration via your dashboard.
- Graduation Details: Ensure the details, such as date of graduation and course of study, are correct, as these will appear on your Certificate of National Service or Exemption Certificate.
- Contact Information: Ensure that you provide a valid and accessible email address and Nigerian GSM phone number.
Registration Tips for Foreign-Trained Graduates:

- Documents: Upload the original copies of your academic certificates, transcripts, international passport, and visa documents.
- Pre-Camp Verification: Select a center for physical verification during the online registration. This is mandatory for foreign-trained graduates.
- Translation of Documents: For graduates from non-English speaking countries, ensure that your certificates and transcripts are translated into English before uploading.
- Professional Certificates: Graduates in fields such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, and Veterinary Medicine must upload their professional certificates.
Important Registration Information:
- Senate/Academic Board Lists: Only locally trained graduates whose names appear in their institution’s approved Senate lists will have access to the NYSC portal.
- Mobile Number & Email: Maintain the contact details you use for registration throughout your service year.
- Date of Birth and Name Errors: Rectify any name or date of birth errors during the online registration, as no corrections will be allowed after camp registration.
- Exemption and Exclusion: Part-time graduates and those who are exempt from service should print their Exclusion Letter from their dashboard during registration.
Fees:
- N3,000 Fee: For those opting to receive their call-up number via SMS or wishing to print their call-up letter online.
- Exclusion Letter: Part-time graduates can also print their Exclusion Letter online for a fee of N3,000.
Health and Special Considerations:
- Health Status: If you have serious health challenges, indicate this during registration for possible concessional deployment.
- Pregnancy: Pregnant or nursing mothers are advised that they may not be accommodated at the orientation camp.
Final Notes:
- Once the registration portal closes, no further registration will be accepted.
