Qualifications for Education
You must have five (5) credit-level passes in the SSCE (WASSCE, NECO, or GCE O-Levels) from no more than two sittings of the same examination body in order to be eligible for admission. The necessary topics are:
- English Language
- Mathematics

- Chemistry
- Physics
Experience and Professional Credentials
For a Program of Two (2) Calendar Years
Candidates should have one of the following professional qualifications and related experience in addition to the above-mentioned educational requirements:
- Two years of post-qualification experience is a minimum requirement for the Community Health Diploma.
- Five years of experience and a certificate in community health extension workers.
- Registration: A valid practising license and registration with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN) are prerequisites.
For a Single (1) Calendar Year Program
Applicants need to:
- Satisfy the requirements to work as a Community Health Extension Worker.
- Hold an HND in community health, a first degree in health education, public health, or community health science.
- Possess an active license to practice.
