Borno State University (BOSU) Closure Notice for 2023/2024 Academic Session

The management of Borno State University (BOSU) wishes to inform all staff and students that the university will close for the 2023/2024 academic session on Tuesday, 17th December 2024, as approved by the Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the Senate.

The resumption date for the 2024/2025 academic session has been set for Monday, 13th January 2025.

Key details:

• Registration for the 2024/2025 academic session will commence immediately after resumption.
• Lectures for the new academic session will begin two weeks after resumption.

Staff and students are advised to take note of these dates and prepare accordingly.
