After a parent revealed explicit content from a teacher’s OnlyFans account, the Catholic nursery school fired her.
After a parent reported 29-year-old Elena Maraga to the school with pictures she had been selling online, the teacher was fired.
According to reports, the man shared the pictures with his football team, and his wife found them, which led to the school administration receiving a complaint.
When she refused to delete her OnlyFans account after the discovery, the school suspended Maraga without pay. A group of worried parents started a petition calling for her removal, which heightened tensions.
On Tuesday, the school officially ended Elena Maraga’s employment, stating that it had “just cause with immediate effect.” Her online activities were “incompatible with the Catholic values that guide the school’s mission,” the school said in a statement.
