This is to inform all UTME candidates who have applied for admission to Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, as well as other candidates who did not initially choose the university but received a minimum score of 240 in the 2024 UTME and are willing to change their first choice of institution to EKSU on their JAMB CAPS in order to apply for admission into PHARMACY, a newly approved programme, by participating in the PUTME screening exercise. (Please take note that there will be no examination).
INSTRUCTION TO ALL CANDIDATES.
- To apply for the 2024/2025 UTME, go to eksuportal.eksu.edu.ng and click on ADMISSION. You will then be led to the online application portal.
- ‘Sign up’ by entering the essential information to establish an account. Please provide your active email address and personal phone number; a verification email will be sent to you.
- After successfully joining up, click LOGIN to access your dashboard. Applicants must login with their CORRECT Email or JAMB registration number as the ‘username’ and enter the password they supplied when signing up.
- On your dashboard, choose the type of application (2024/2025 PUTME application). The following page requires the applicant’s JAMB Registration Number (UTME). Applicants who picked EKSU will have their information filled in automatically, and they can then proceed to fill out the remaining data.
- Applicants who did not choose EKSU as their first choice must enter all of their proper information on the form page, beginning with their JAMB Registration Number.
- The next page demands PAYMENT FOR THE PUTME SCREENING FORM; click PAY NOW to be redirected to the online payment page.
- After payment, open the application form and attach a 1 × 1 coloured passport photos with a red backdrop in JPEG format.
- Upload information on your ‘O’Level result(s) from no more than two sittings at the following examinations: WAEC SSCE, NECO SSCE, and NABTEB.
- After following the preceding steps, preview, confirm, submit, and print the completed screening form.
Eligibility for the EKSU Pharmacy Admission Form.
EKSU would admit only candidates who have obtained at least five (5) credit passes in WAEC SSCE/NECO SSCE/NABTEB in the required disciplines in no more than two sittings.
- O Level Requirements: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- JAMB Subject Combination: Use of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Any candidate who fails to engage in the screening process will not be considered for admission to the university. In addition, any fraudulent information submitted by the candidate will result in instant disqualification.
