The Governor of Kaduna State, Malam Uba Sani, launched the SKAID Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship Award to support 36 underprivileged learners from Southern Kaduna.
Each scholarship provides N250,000 for medical students and N200,000 for other disciplines, addressing diverse educational expenditures.
During the occasion, Sani encouraged winners to strive for excellence and use this chance for individual and communal advancement.
Rear Admiral Ferguson Bobai underscored the foundation’s dedication to ensuring educational access for all children, while Executive Director Bello Bissalla revealed forthcoming ICT initiatives aimed at augmenting students’ competencies in computer science and engineering.
Beneficiary Ishaya Bamaiyi conveyed appreciation and a dedication to honouring Southern Kaduna.
