Procedure:
- Go to the Heritage Polytechnic Admission Form application portal.
- Click on “UTME Screening Form.”
- Select the “UTME Screening Form” as the “Screening Form type.”
- Include your phone number, email address, and JAMB registration number.
- Select your method of payment and continue.
- Form Cost: N2,000
- Enrollment
Method:
- Put in your ID for the transaction.
- Press “get login details.”
Note: Your password and registration number will be sent to you.
- Obtain Transaction Reference ID
Technique:
- Put your Form Registration Number to use.
- “Retrieve Transaction Ref ID” should be clicked.
Note: A display of your Transaction Reference ID will occur.
- Print an invoice or payment receipt.
Actions:
- Type in your Confirmation Number or TransReferenceID.
- Select “Verify payment status.”
Note: The Bank Payment Receipt contains your Confirmation Number. The payment invoice you received from the portal has your transaction reference on it.
