KSCOE notification to 100L & 200L on test card clearance and collecting
This is to let all 100- and 200-level students know that the second semester test for the 2023–2024 school year will start on September 9, 2024, and that the exam clearing period will run from Wednesday, August 28, 2024, to September 6, 2024.
For the purpose of getting ready for the tests, all interested students should go to:
- Go to the Bursary unit to have your financial status cleared.
- To get audit clearance, go to the audit unit.
Students must provide all proof of payment at the clearing point, such as:
i. School fee receipts.
ii. Receipts for any further relevant payments.
Students should go to their respective schools to pick up their test cards after receiving approval from both units.
Take note
- Only students who have successfully completed the clearance procedure and have a properly signed course registration form will be provided examination cards.
- Students will not be permitted to take the test if they do not have an examination card.
