High purity ?-Amylase HR Reagent ? 4 vials for the measurement of ?-amylase for research, biochemical enzyme assays and?in vitro?diagnostic analysis.
A new amylase assay reagent containing?p-nitrophenyl ?-D-maltoheptaoside (blocked) plus a thermostable ?-glucosidase. The incorporation of this enzyme allows assays to be performed at temperatures up to 60oC and over the pH range 5.2-7.5.
