Gascol suspension is an antacid and antiflatulent medication. It works by neutralizing stomach acid and hence effective in the management of symptoms associated with ulcer.

Magaldrate, simethicone
Directions for use
Take 10mls three times daily until symptoms resolve
Note
 
Do not use milk of magnesia within (before or after) 2 hours of taking other medication as it may reduce the effectiveness of the drug.
