Glanil tablet is used for Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and other conditions.
Glanil Tablet contains Glibenclamide as an active ingredient.
Glanil Tablet works by stimulating the release of insulin from the pancreas.
Side-effects
The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Glanil Tablet. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. - Low blood sugar
- Nausea
- Epigastric fullness
- Heartburn
- Pruritus
- Erythema
- Urticaria
- Morbilliform or maculopapular eruptions
- Leukopenia
- Agranulocytosis
- Thrombocytopenia
- Hemolytic anemia
- Aplastic anemia
- Pancytopenia
- Blurred vision
- Allergic reactions
