Kliovance is a continuous form of hormonal replacement therapy (HRT). It is taken in the form of a 1mg / 500mcg tablet and can effectively relieve the symptoms of menopause. It’s also used as a prophylactic treatment for osteoporosis.
As it’s a combination treatment, containing both natural oestrogen and artificial progestogen, it’s normally recommended to female patients who have not had a hysterectomy.
