By mouth, as soon as possible after unprotected sex, but no later than 72 hours (3 days) after sex.

If you vomit within 2 hours of taking the pill, you may need to take another dose.

It is not recommended to take more than one dose of levonorgestrel 1.5mg in a 24-hour period.
