Gather your materials. You will need:

A bottle of WaterGuard
A clean container with a lid
A clean cup
A clean spoon
Water

Clean the container and cup with clean water.

Pour 25 liters of untreated water into the container.

Add one capful (5 milliliters) of WaterGuard to the container.

Stir the water well with the clean spoon.

Let the water stand for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, the water is safe to drink.

Pour the water from the container into the clean cup.

Drink the water.
