Ten of the top ISOKO students who scored the highest on the 2024 JAMB exam in the fields of Engineering, Medicine, Law, and other professional courses will receive scholarships from Rep. U.K. Dhiko.
The member representing the Isoko North and South Federal Constituency, Hon. (Engr.)(Pastor) Jonathan Ajirioghene Ukodhiko, has announced that he will be providing scholarships to the top ten (10) Isoko origin indigent students who will receive the highest mark in the 2024 JAMB Examination through his foundation, the UJA FAMILY FOUNDATION (UFF), in keeping with his campaign promises to his constituents.
The scholarship is intended specifically for intelligent but impoverished students who would not be able to afford the high tuition fees but want to further their education to pursue careers in Engineering, Medicine, Law, Accounting, or other related fields. It will cover all of the costs associated with attending the University, including full tuition and other related academic costs.
The pool of Isoko Indigent students who are eager to be admitted into any private university in the country and who will be taking the 2024 JAMB EXAMINATION and have the highest score will be used to select the intended beneficiaries.
Private Universities are preferred because they allow scholarship recipients to graduate on time and avoid the sporadic delays that government-owned university students face because of ASUU terminal strikes, which typically lengthen and prolong students’ study years.
To be eligible for the scholarship program, students must meet several requirements: they must be less fortunate or impoverished, model citizens, have demonstrated an unwavering dedication to their studies, pass the 2024 JAMB exam with distinction, and pass all required O-level papers in one sitting.
The program’s goal is to increase Isoko people’s manpower reserve in key areas related to our country’s 21st-century employability needs and to improve Isoko sons and daughters’ prospects in areas of dominance and need shortly.
