School child receives discipline for using a “bad word” in class.

Overview: Following a little incident, a little child receives a disciplinary warning for using a “bad word” in class.

These days, many educational institutions—including daycare centres—make every effort to create a neutral learning atmosphere where discussions of religion and other related topics are taboo.

A little child got into conflict with his school administration earlier this year for uttering the words “Jesus Christ.”

The child’s teacher called the parents to inform them of their child’s “offense,” and they were taken aback by the school’s response.

The mother, who lives in Southaven, Mississippi, in the United States of America (USA), told KTVU that she was “shocked and surprised” when she got the call from her child’s teacher informing her that her kid had used “bad language.”

The little child said the “bad word” after dropping his Lego toys by accident, and as a result, he was sent home with a “Parent Notice of Disciplinary Incident” form to send to his parents.

If he did it again, and you wrote him up, I would understand. He received no warning. They left a message outside, he began chatting to someone, and she phoned me. This kind of crap tracks a child’s record,” the distraught mother said.
