University of Maiduri (UNIMAID) Resumption Date for Second Semester of 2023/2024 Academic Session
Please refer to our circular dated Tuesday, September 10, 2024, regarding the temporary suspension of lectures and closure of offices.
We inform all staff and students that the University Management has approved the resumption of lectures and office duties starting Monday, September 23, 2024. This decision follows the improvement in the situation in Maiduguri and its surroundings, as well as the rehabilitation and reopening of major access roads to the University.
The University Management expresses condolences to staff, students, and all individuals affected by the devastating flood. We pray to Allah to prevent the recurrence of this unfortunate incident and grant eternal peace to the souls of those who have passed away.
