Students at Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU), take note! There’s been a big update on when the academic session for 2023–2024 will resume. The Vice-Chancellor of AKSU, Prof. Nse U. Essien, has recently announced a modification to the schedule: starting Monday, February 12, 2024, both new and returning students will resume.
Recognizing the Resumption Date Change
The University understands that there may be some inconvenience caused by this change in the start date. However, the best interests of the entire university community have been taken into consideration when making this decision. Your cooperation and understanding are much appreciated by the management team during this time of change.

Please be informed that despite the postponement of the start date, all scheduled administrative and academic activities, including project defenses and other events, will still take place as usual.
