Who is Eligible to Apply?

The following requirements must be satisfied for candidates to be considered for the Access Bank Entry-Level Training Program:

• The minimum educational requirement is a B.Sc. in any field.
• Age Requirement: At the time of application, candidates cannot be more than 26 years old. The age restriction for people holding an MSc or LLB is 28 years old.
• Academic Merit: At least a second-class upper (2:1) degree from an accredited college.
• NYSC Completion: The applicant needs to be a graduate of the National Youth Service Corps.

Applicants will be able to work at Access Bank in several departments, such as:

• Enterprise Resource Group, or ERG
• The Division of Corporate and Investment Banking, or CIBD
