SELECTING THE FORM
- Click “ADMISSION” on www.ascoht.edu.ng, fill out the “PURCHASE APPLICATION FORM menu, and then choose “PAYMENT on paystack 2.” Following payment completion on “PAYSTACK,” a receipt with a reference number will be produced.
- Return to the main menu, choose “APPLICATION FORM,” fill it out, and submit it.
The forms will be on sale starting on Monday, March 4, 2024, and ending on Wednesday, August 21, 2024.

NOTE: Anambra State College of Health Technology Obosi should be the first option for those candidates wishing to get admitted for the second set of courses after taking JAMB.
