This notice informs the public that on Monday, March 18, 2024, admission forms for the various programs offered by the Plateau State College of Health Technology, Zawan, will be available for purchase. The sale will take place for the academic year 2024/2025.
To complete the forms, interested parties must get an RRR (Remitta Retrieval Reference Number) from the Administration Department at the College and deposit the form fee into any commercial bank.
The Higher National Diploma (HND) costs N8,000.00, while other courses only cost N5,000.00. The forms can be obtained from the college’s ICT centre. On or before July 6, 2024, completed application forms and photocopies of credentials must be turned in to the Deputy Registrar Academics’ office.
Applicants to be admitted into (a). National Diploma in Community Health, (b) National Diploma in Environmental Health and (c). National Diploma in Health Information Management (HIM). Purchase college forms since admission to National Diploma in Health Information Management (HIM) programs is solely through JAMB (Retrainees must also apply through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for the Admin, kindly). This eliminates the requirement for UTME.

Note: As admissions are solely through JAMB (UTME), candidates for admission to the ND, Community Health, ND, Environmental Health, and ND, Health Information Management programs do not need to purchase the college forms.
How to Apply for Admission at Plateau State College of Health Technology, Zawan
The college ICT unit will provide interested candidates with an RRR number (Remita Retrieval Reference Number) that they can use to pay into a bank. They should then go to any commercial bank to make the payment and come back to the college ICT unit to finish the online application.
Deadline: On or before July 6, 2024, completed application forms and photocopies of credentials must be delivered to the admission administrator’s office.
