The Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) Executive Secretary, Sonny Echono, made the approval announcement during a workshop on “Emerging Areas of Students Needs in Beneficiary Institutions” on Tuesday in Abuja. He claimed that the poor quality of dorm accommodations in many institutions is impeding students’ ability to learn.
Echono also challenged leaders of educational institutions to devise innovative approaches to implementing the Federal Government’s instruction policy, which aims to produce instructors with advanced training.
