Nigerian University Suspends Exams After Suspected Cultists Murder 400-Level Student
After suspected cultists killed final-year student Olaoye Fabiyi, Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) halted its second term year exams indefinitely.
On Thursday, July 4, 2024, university PR officer Odubela Ayotunde announced the suspension. University officials stated that no guns were fired at the location or elsewhere on campus.
The second-semester exams at TASUED in Ijagun, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, have been halted indefinitely. After cultists killed last year student Olaoye Fabiyi, this action was taken.
