JAMB most sought-after universities

JAMB reveals the most sought-after universities for 2024.

For the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations, the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, and Lagos State University are the most sought-after institutions. The top 10 universities were acknowledged at the 2024 policy meeting, as per a presentation made by JAMB Registrar Prof. Ishaq Oloyede. This was because a large number of applicants applied during the 2024 UTME session.

The University of Ilorin was ranked top on the ranking, followed by Lagos State University. The top 10 colleges that are in high demand are shown below;
