UNIABUJA student notification on academic resumption
Our administration is glad to report that the local branch of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has called off its strike. On Monday, July 29, 2024, the University will resume full academic activity.
We appreciate your patience and compassion during this difficult time. We understand how the strike has affected your academic progress and are dedicated to a smooth return to normal academic activity.
In preparation for the start of classes, all students must return to campus by this weekend. On Monday, full-time classes begin. Faculty must continue full teaching duties and assist students throughout their stay.
The University administration will give all resources to help you continue your studies.
We encourage students to use academic advising, counseling, and other student services.
We appreciate your patience again. We hope to see you again at the University and wish you well in your studies.
