Promotions of ADSU Professors and Readers
Dr. Stephen A. Lagu, the Acting Vice-Chancellor of Adamawa State University, Mubi, has declared the advancement of one Professor and three Associate Professors. The announcement was delivered at the 123rd Senate meeting, held on Thursday, August 29th, 2024, in the University Senate Chamber. This occurred after the University received a favorable external evaluation report. While delivering the news, the Acting Vice-Chancellor extended congratulations to the newly promoted professionals and urged them to demonstrate increased dedication to their responsibilities and actively pursue innovative research.
The recently promoted employees are listed below:
- Dr. Johnson Joseph is a professor specializing in ecosystems management, with a focus on wildlife conservation and management.
- Dr. Dauda Ibrahim Bake is a Reader specializing in Horticulture.
- Dr. Dorcas O. Fareo is a Reader specializing in Guidance and Counseling.
- Dr. Danjuma Mohammed is a Reader in the field of Accounting.
