Candidates who picked the Federal University Otuoke as their first option and attained a score of 140 or above in the 2024/2025 UTME, and are prepared to pursue any of the specified programs.

Candidate should also take note of the following:
- Candidates who did not select Federal University Otuoke as their first choice but scored at least 140 in the 2024 UTME are eligible to apply, provided they are willing to change their preference to make Federal University Otuoke their first choice.
- Candidates in this category must do a change of institution to Federal University Otuoke via JAMB website (www.jamb.org.ng) and choose any of the programmes listed above.
- Change of Institution /Course at JAMB may take 24hours to be updated.
2. METHOD OF APPLICATION
Candidates are to make a Non-refundable payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only by using an Interswitch Verve enabled or Master card for the application form.
3. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE ONLINE APPLICATION
- Passport-size photograph
- Copy of 2023 UTME original result printout
- Copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Ordinary Level result
- Copy of Local Government Origin
- Copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
4. SPECIAL INSTRUCTION
- Use digital passport photograph
- Use the same name as in your JAMB UTME and in the same order
- Submit a valid email address and personal phone number in your online application

7. DISQUALIFICATION
Candidates who falsely declare their UTME scores, Ordinary Level result grades (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB), or state of origin will not be considered for admission.
