The Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic has announced the commencement of the 2024 Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) on Monday, 11th November 2024. The supervised training will last for four months and is scheduled to conclude on Wednesday, 5th March 2025.
All students are expected to return to campus for regular academic activities on Monday, 10th March 2025.
Students who plan to undergo their training outside Akwa Ibom State are advised to visit the nearest Industrial Training Fund (ITF) office to submit their Students Commencement of Attachment Form (SCAF) and ensure their log books are signed before returning to school.
