This is to inform all candidates who participated in the 2024/2025 Post-UTME of Rivers State University (RSU), Port Harcourt, that they can now check if their names are on the Provisional Admission list of successful candidates.
The list of admitted candidates has been uploaded online via JAMB CAPS. Candidates are to follow the procedure below to check their admission status.
How to Check RSUST Admission List
Currently, prospective students can only verify their admission status through the JAMB Portal.
Check Admission Status on JAMB Portal
- Visit JAMB e-Facility.
- Log in to your JAMB profile using your username and password.
- Scroll down and locate the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
- Click on the Admission Status section.
- Choose “Check Admission Status” or click on “Access my CAPS.”
- For better visibility, select the three-dotted lines at the top right corner of your browser and tick ‘Desktop site.’
- Click on admission status.
You will see one of the following messages:
- Congratulations: If you see this, accept or reject your admission and await further instructions.
- Admission in progress: Be patient, as the status may change in the coming days or weeks.
- Not Admitted: Don’t lose hope; you may still gain admission.
Check Admission Status on RSU Admission Portal
The list will soon be available on the RSU Admission Portal. When that happens, you can check your admission status as follows:
- Visit the RSUST Admission Status Portal.
- Locate the Admission List Section.
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number in the provided space and check if you have been admitted.
You can also verify your admission on the JAMB Admission Portal.
