Nigerian Student 13 carryovers to graduate.

After sharing his inspirational academic journey and disclosing that he overcome 13 carryovers to finish his studies at Anchor University in Lagos, a Nigerian graduate has generated conflicting responses on social media.

The graduate, known as @wersleey01, celebrated his tenacity in the face of major scholastic obstacles by sharing pictures from his graduation on his X (previously Twitter) account.

Although he admitted in his post that he had scholastic difficulties, he made it clear that intelligence is more than just book smarts. He cited his remarkable athletic ability, especially as a goalie, as evidence of his prowess.

“13 carryovers later, I graduated. No one is dumb, bro. Everybody has where they are very intelligent. For me, it’s football, and I put it to you that I’m a very good goalkeeper. You called me dumb? Beat this,” he wrote.

His tweet went viral very fast, and Nigerians responded in droves.
