In a planned attempt to steal a man’s laptops, phones, and car, a female student was caught trying to poison him with the potent pesticide Sniper. Her scribbled to-do list, which detailed the steps for carrying out the act, was made public online, leading to the startling discovery.
When a well-known figure on X (previously Twitter) posted pictures and videos of the student being questioned while in possession of the incriminating objects, the incident became public knowledge. The victim also shared on social media how he was made aware of her plans before they were executed.
The suspect’s to-do list, which included cryptic terms that alluded to her plan, was among the most unsettling pieces of evidence. Among the entries were:
- “Get a P” – Get poison.
- “Learn how to D” – Learn how to drive.
- “Take two P & L & D” – Take two phones, laptops, and drive.
- ”_ ><> to help finalise” – (Meaning unclear).
- “Buy the P by morning” – Buy the poison by morning.
The term “herbalist” was also allegedly included in the list, however its meaning is unclear.
Online users have responded to the situation in a variety of ways, with many expressing horror and urging authorities to step in. While several readers stressed the importance of exercising caution while putting your trust in others, others conjectured that the student might not have been acting alone.

Reactions Online:
- @Dagreatdey4you: “This is truly alarming. Trust needs to be earned, not given lightly. Stay safe out there!”
- @ndictmedia: “Imagine doing all this just for a car, phones, and laptops. We need to do better.”
- @tutortosin1: “Tell her to drink the water herself. Then send her back to where she came from.”
- @Eddieluvu2: “She might not be working alone. This could be deeper than it looks—please investigate further.”
- @tobbieolacute: “She really thought she could poison someone with Sniper? Did she think he wouldn’t notice?”
Although the authorities have not yet released an official statement regarding the case, the plot’s unsettling elements have prompted urgent calls for action.
