Work Ethics
Resumption: 8:00am – 6:00am on mondays – fridays. 9:00am – 4:00pm on saturdays
Break time: 1:00pm – 1:30pm within the premises.
Dress code: Shirt/Polo with trouser/skirt/jean with leather slippers, half or full shoe.
Salary: All levels begins with a one month 25000 naira probational salary.
Punctuality: Late coming is prohibited
Staff Relationship: You are expected to maintain a formal and professional relationship with your colleagues and superiors and communicate respect and sincerity.
Neighbors Relationship: None. Your relationship with neighbors is solely civil and nothing more. You are not to be found in their store or in personal chats.
Habits such as wandering during office hours, sleeping, chatting, continous phone calls is prohibited.
Absense: You can only be absent from your work station once in a month.
Cleanliness: Roughness, dirtiness, Mouth, Body odour not condoned.
Tasks: Assigned task must be completed within stipulated time.
Hierracy: You are to report to your direct supervisor and not any other officer above him/her.
Fraud/Theft: You will be handed over to appropriate law enforcement when caught.
Termination: During your one month probation, your appointment may be terminated without notice on ground of failure to comply by the ethics listed here.
Resignation: You must give a one month notice before your resignation can be accepted. Failure to do so will result in loss of salary or an enforced return of a 30day salary or both.
Failure to abide by these ethics can result in salary cut or termination of appointment without notice.
