SLU Notice on Phone Ban in Exam Halls
The Management has observed that students often bring phones into Examination Halls, which is a violation of the University’s Rules and Regulations. This behavior is considered misbehavior in relation to Examination Rules and Regulations. Hence, it is essential for both staff and students to take notice of the following:
Any student found in possession of a phone, whether it is turned off or on, will be penalized.
Invigilators should conduct comprehensive searches of students before they enter the examination hall.
Considering the information provided, it is anticipated that all students would adhere to the requirements.
The invigilating staff must guarantee full adherence and make all required preparations to implement the ruling.
