AKSU designates Thursday, September 12th as a day off from lectures.
All students of Akwa Ibom State University are thus notified that the Vice-Chancellor has sanctioned Thursday, 12th September 2024, as a lecture-free day to facilitate the participation of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU-AKSU) Branch in the election of Union Executive members.
All lectures and academic activities are rescheduled; students are encouraged to use the lecture-free day for research and independent study.
