Why should a person go to school? Why should a person choose to learn – at home or school?
Through education, a person can better themselves in various ways.

Yes, one may not need algebra to get a good job or to be a good parent but a person will most definitely need to think through tough problems hence the study of arithmetic and life applicable sciences.
- A person will also need to think on their feet. They would need to know how to gather facts and evaluate information. Education teaches the value of discipline. That is, that the greatest rewards come not from instant gratification but from consistency of purpose and hard work.
This is an important lesson today in a society where quick money schemes are prevalent. Whilst a person may come to riches through this schemes, they most definitely may not sustain riches.
- The right education both at home and school, can open a person to becoming a better human being.
This is a fact for when one reads a great story, or someone learns about an important moment in history, it helps them imagine what it would be like to walk in somebody else’s shoes. It helps one understand that the success of an economy of a certain people depends on practical skills, and on people’s ability to follow the golden rule – to treat others as they would like to be treated.
