After overcoming several obstacles to gain admission to nursing school, Ladipo Motunrayo Boluwatife, a recently registered nurse and data analytics enthusiast, has shared her inspirational story of tenacity and fortitude.

Motunrayo found it difficult to get accepted into the degree she wanted to take after graduating from secondary school in 2017. She turned down the first offer for human kinetics, opting instead to take a year off before reapplying. She grudgingly accepted the pharmacology course for her second entrance while she continued to get ready for another Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) attempt.
Her perseverance paid off in 2019 when she was accepted to Olabisi Onabanjo University to pursue her chosen degree, despite the difficulties she faced juggling her education with her intention to change to nursing. She became the second-best graduating student in her class with a 4.63 CGPA, a result of her dedication and hard work.
As she reflected on her path, Motunrayo underlined that her faith, hard work, and steadfast dedication to her objectives were the main factors that led to her achievement. By demonstrating that tenacity can transform setbacks into success, she hopes her tale may encourage those going through comparable difficulties.
