Documents Needed for Clearance
The following paperwork needs to be brought to the approved clearing location:
- Original academic credentials
- Indigene Certificate from the Local Government
- A Statement of Statutory Age or a Birth Certificate
- UTME/DE slip (photocopy or original)
- Results at the “O” level (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.)
- Diploma, NCE, and IJMB scores
- The first copy of the online screening application

Once your admission has been verified, make sure you:
- Using the JAMB CAPS, accept or reject your admission.
- Once you’ve accepted the admission, print your JAMB admission letter.
- If you are offered a different course than the one you applied for, submit a Change of Course application.
