Adeleke University has issued a disclaimer regarding fraudulent individuals impersonating Prof. Solomon Adebola, the President/Vice Chancellor of the university.
The university clarified that Prof. Adebola does not have a LinkedIn account or any official online presence where he engages in such activities. Any requests for money or sensitive information under his name are fraudulent.
The university urged students, staff, and the general public to be cautious and verify the identity of anyone claiming to represent Prof. Adebola. If anyone encounters suspicious communications or requests, they are advised to report them to the relevant authorities. The safety and security of all are of utmost importance.
The notice was signed by Lawal Gbadegesin Oladiti, the VP ER/Registrar.
