Admission to Basic Nursing at Kwara State College of Nursing, Ilorin, 2024–2025

We are currently accepting applications from qualified applicants for the 2024-2025 academic year for admission to the basic nursing program at the Kwara State College of Nursing in Ilorin.

SUMMARY

1. The candidate’s JAMB score must be 180 or higher.
2. The candidate who wishes to switch to the College of Nursing Sciences Ilorin must go to the JAMB office or a CBT center that has been approved by the JAMB.

3. The candidate needs to have completed no more than two sittings of WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB with at least five (5) O’ Level credits in subjects such as English language, mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology.
4. WAEC and WAEC combined. While WAEC&NECO or NECO&NECO are acceptable, NABTEB needs to be completed in a single sitting.

The computer-based test, or CBT, is the entrance exam. Location: Kwara State College of Nursing Sciences, Ilorin’s CBT Center.

FORMALITY OF REGISTRATION FOR NEW APPLICANT

1. To learn the procedures, go to the college portal at myportal.collegeofnursingmidwiferyilorin.edu.ng and select INSTRUCTION from the menu bar or lists.
2. Select the Applicant Form. Before registering, make sure your phone number and email address are active.

Please fill out the following fields: phone number, email address, jamb registration number, first name, surname, and other name.

To verify and make a payment, click.

3. Use the information from your ATM card to pay the Application Form Fee of N17,800.00 (seventeen thousand eight hundred naira only).

Choose your ATM card type (Master Card or Visa, for example);

Enter the 16-digit card number, which is your card number;

After entering the card’s pin number, expiration date, and CVV (the three digits on the back of the card), click “Pay.”

4. Application Number generation and a return to the homepage (myportal.collegeofnursingmidwiferyilorin.edu.ng) occur upon successful payment.
5. Select “Applicant Login,” fill out the necessary fields, and then select “Login Application Number and Surname.”
6. Complete all required fields on the blank form, including Personal Information, Program, O-Level Results, Upload Passport, and Attestation (Acknowledgment).
7. To print your Documents Application Form and Payment Receipt, click “Print Out.”
