- Total Awards: 75 scholarships
- Distribution: 50 for university students and 25 for students in polytechnics, mono-technics, or colleges of education.
Candidates in their last year:
- Total Awards: 25 scholarships
- Distribution: 23 slots for Ogoni students and 2 slots for non-Ogoni students.
Qualifications
In order to qualify for the KTF Ogoni Scholarship, candidates need to fulfil the essential prerequisites:
- Ogoni Origin: Students from one of the designated Local Government Areas must be Ogoni.
- Enrollment in Tertiary Institutions: Students must be enrolled in a university, polytechnic, mono-technic, or college of education that is recognized as a tertiary institution in Nigeria.
- Academic Level: During the 2023–2024 session, you must be in your last year or 200 Level/NDII.
- Academic Standing: A minimum CGPA of 2.4 on a 4-point scale or 3.0 on a 5-point scale is required.
- Bank Account: The bank account must be BVN-compliant and unrestricted in terms of maximum balance.
- Scholarship Restrictions: No recipient of another scholarship, including one from an oil or gas company, may be eligible for this award.
- Admission Proof: A current admissions letter from an authorized college is required.
- Students who are enrolled part-time are not eligible for this grant.

- Photo from a passport (white background)
- Letter of Admission (to a federal, state, or polytechnic institution that has been authorized)

- Certificate of Local Government Identity
Specifications for Documents
- Every document must be in the PDF or JPG format and cannot be more than 300 KB.
- Every document should have its filename starting with your matriculation number (for example, LASU2022/906783AdmissionLetter.jpg).
