  • Academic Excellence: A strong honours degree from an accredited seminary or university.
  • Experience: A minimum of fifteen (15) years of managerial experience gained after qualification, preferably in a college, seminary, or university context.
  • Advanced knowledge: Possession of skills in information and communication technologies, particularly concerning automating Registry processes.
  • Age and condition: Applicants should be between the ages of 40 and 55 when they begin duty, and they should be in great bodily and mental condition.

Conditions & Terms

The duration of the Registrar’s post is for three (3) years, and it may be renewed based on performance. The appointment letter will contain a complete list of the terms and conditions.

Function Accountabilities

The Bursar is in charge of the college’s financial management, which includes creating the budget, maintaining accurate financial records, supervising payments and transactions, and filing financial reports to the Governing Council.

Important Requirements

  • Educational Background: Professional accounting certifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CPA, in addition to a strong honours degree or HND in accounting or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience following qualification, at least five (5) of those years spent in a senior management role.
  • Abilities: Proficiency in computer and accounting software, excellent communication skills, and leadership attributes are some of the skills.

Job Specifications

In addition to overseeing the budget and working with faculty to promote curriculum development, the librarian will manage the college’s library collection and make sure that library services are in line with the institution’s goal.

Requirements for the Librarian

  • Experience: A minimum of twelve (12) years of pertinent library services experience.
  • Academic requirements: A bachelor’s degree in library science or a similar discipline; a doctorate in librarianship or information science and a diploma in religious education are also desirable.
  • Skills: Outstanding teamwork, communication, and computer abilities, particularly command of library administration software.
