Notice of certificate screening for all students at Covenant Polytechnic
All students (ND1, ND2, HND1, HND2) are thus notified that certificate screening will occur from Monday, September 23, 2024, to Friday, September 27, 2024, in the MPH Hall, commencing at 11 AM daily.
Students must present the original copies of the following documents: O/L result, ND result (for HND students), birth certificate or court-issued age declaration Letter of recommendation/attestation, local government identification certificate, medical receipt, IT letter for HND students, and log book receipt for ND2 students.
All students must remit a screening charge of two thousand naira (#2000) exclusively to the bursary and produce their receipts to the screening staff for the procedure.
Students must understand that certificate screening is a crucial academic procedure. The university will not allow students who do not complete the screening to take the second semester examinations.
