Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro – HND Full-Time Entrance Exam Schedule & Requirements

All Higher National Diploma (HND) Full-Time Applicants for the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, will participate in their entrance examination as follows:

Exam Schedule

Day 1:

• Date: Tuesday, 5th November 2024
• Time: 8:00 A.M.
• Schools and Departments:
• School of Management Studies: Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Marketing, Public Administration, and Taxation.
• School of Communication and Information Technology: Library and Information Science, Mass Communication, Music Technology, Office Technology, and Management.
• School of Environmental Studies: Architectural Technology, Art and Design, Building Technology, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Surveying and Geo-informatics, Transportation Planning and Management, Urban and Regional Planning.

Day 2:

• Date: Thursday, 7th November 2024
• Time: 8:00 A.M.
• Schools and Departments:
• School of Agricultural Technology: Agricultural Extension and Management, Animal Production Technology, Crop Production Technology.
• School of Engineering: Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Welding, and Fabrication.
• School of Pure and Applied Sciences: Computer Science, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, Mathematics and Statistics, Nutrition and Dietetics, Science Laboratory Technology, Tourism Management.

Application Deadline: Submission for the Online Application Form for all HND Full-Time programs closes on 1st November 2024.

Requirements for Screening Examination

All HND Candidates must bring three sets of the following documents to the exam center:

1. Printouts of the Acknowledgment Slip and Examination Slip.
2. Clear copies of ND Notification of Result and O/Level Result.
3. A Completion of Industrial Attachment (IT) Letter.

• Exam Venue: Polytechnic ICT Centre, West Campus
• Note: All exams will be Computer-Based (CB). For assistance, contact the help desk via the school website.
