The Minister stressed cooperation with JAMB and NUC for a smooth admissions process while speaking during the inauguration of Principal Officers for NABTEB, UBEC, and FUMMSA. The Vice-Chancellor should lay a solid basis for the university and make sure that the necessary infrastructure is in place, he advised.

Dr. Alausa emphasised that FUMMSA’s programs must be in line with the expectations of the national and international healthcare systems, especially in the fields of nursing, medicine, pharmacy, and dentistry.
Olajuwon Akinyebi, Deputy Executive Secretary (Technical), UBEC; Tunde Ajibulu, Deputy Executive Secretary (Service), UBEC; and Dr. Mohammed Aminu, Registrar, NABTEB, are among the other appointed officials.
The Minister also spoke about current Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) reforms, reiterating the government’s commitment to high-quality education and bolstering the healthcare workforce.
He commended President Bola Tinubu’s leadership and underlined the administration’s commitment to a better environment for public service.
FUMMSA Vice-Chancellor Professor Fatiu Arogundade thanked President Tinubu on behalf of the new appointees and vowed to maintain honesty, openness, and quality in education.
