FUD Academic Calendar 2023/2024: Key Dates & Event

Important Occasions and Events for the FUD School Year

Enrollment for Students Returning to School

• Time frame: Monday, February 12, 2024, to Saturday, March 9, 2024
• Remarks: Returning students have plenty of time to register for the upcoming academic session because the registration process lasts for four weeks.

Enrollment for New Learners

• Time frame: Monday, February 26, 2024, through Saturday, March 23, 2024
• Remarks: To start their journey at FUD, new students have four weeks to finish their registration.

Period of Late Registration

• For Students Heading Back: March 11, 2024, Monday through Saturday, March 16, 2024
• For incoming students: March 25, 2024, Monday through Saturday
• Remarks: If returning or new students miss the first registration days, they will have a grace period of one week.

First Semester Lectures

• Time frame: Monday, March 18, 2024, to Saturday, June 22, 2024
• Remarks: The semester’s content will be fully delivered throughout a 14-week lecture session that is planned.

Add & Drop Time

• Time frame: Monday, April 1, 2024, to Saturday, April 13, 2024
• Remarks: Students have two weeks to change their course enrollments if needed.

Exams for the first semester

• From Monday, June 24, 2024, until Saturday, July 13, 2024
• Remarks: Students are evaluated on their learning from the semester during a three-week test session.

Intersession Vacation

• Time frame: July 15, 2024, Monday to July 28, 2024
• Remarks: A well-earned two-week vacation to refresh before the start of the second semester.

Lectures for the Second Semester

Beginning on Monday, July 29, 2024, and ending on Saturday, September 14, 2024

Following Break: Monday, September 23, 2024, to Monday, October 12, 2024

Notes: There is a midterm break in between the lectures in the second semester, making for a total of 13 weeks of instruction.

Exams for the second semester

Time frame: Monday, October 14, 2024, to Saturday, November 2, 2024

Remarks: Three weeks of exams mark the end of the school year.

Opening of the New Session

Date: December 11, 2024, Monday

Remarks: FUD has a long history of academic success. The next session of classes is about to start.
