The Federal University Dutse (FUD) has released the Admission List for the 2024/2025 academic session.
This announcement is for all prospective students who purchased the Post-UTME form and have received their Post-UTME results. The first batch of the admission list is now available.
How to Check FUD Admission Status
Currently, you can check your admission status through the JAMB Portal by following these steps:
- Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
- Log in to your JAMB profile using your username and password.
- Scroll down and click the ‘Check Admission Status’ tab.
- Click on Admission Status and then Check Admission Status or Access my CAPS.
- On your browser, select the three-dotted lines at the top right (⋮) and tick ‘Desktop site’ for better viewing.
- Click on Admission Status.
You will see one of the following statuses:
- Case 1: CONGRATULATIONS – Accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instructions.
- Case 2: Admission in Progress – Be patient; the status will update in a few days or weeks. Check back later.
- Case 3: Not Admitted – Don’t lose hope! You may still gain admission.
Check Admission Status on School Portal
The list will soon be available on the Federal University Dutse Admission Portal. When available, follow these steps to check your admission status:
- Login to the FUD Admission Portal with your JAMB number and state of origin.
- Under the Admission Status tab, check if you have been offered admission.
- If admitted, proceed to generate an invoice and pay the non-refundable N2,000 acceptance fee.
Next Steps for Successful Candidates:
- Registration begins on Monday, 26th February 2024.
- Successful candidates should proceed to their respective Departments/Faculties for clearance with original copies of their credentials (O’Level, A’Level, JAMB result slip, JAMB admission letter, evidence of acceptance fee payment, etc.).
- After clearance, candidates can proceed to the University Portal for registration.
Additional names of successful candidates will be released in the Second Batch once JAMB completes its admission processes.
