FUKASHERE Physical Screening

FUKASHERE applicant physical screening schedule, 2024/2025

Applicants should note that the admission process for the 2024/2025 Academic Session at the Federal University of Kashere includes a physical screening. Candidates who have completed the online screening after the UTME/DE exams will be required to participate in this physical screening exercise. The specific date and time for the physical screening can be found in the image below.

The screening exercise will take place in the University Multipurpose Indoor Sport Hall, located at the Federal University of Kashere.

In addition, applicants must provide both the original and photocopies of the following documents:

1. Online application form for Post UTME/DE screening
2. JAMB Slip
3. O’Level results (maximum of two sittings)
4. High School testimonial
5. Certificate of completion of primary school
6. Letter from a native inhabitant
7. Official document verifying one’s date of birth, such as a birth certificate or a declaration of age.
